Client Problem: 

A building materials retailer was relocating/expanding his business to a new and larger location.  The client sought design layout and engineering assistance for a new two-aisle, drive-through storage structure.

Applied Handling's Solution

At the direction of the customer, Applied Handling providing layout and design assistance for covered rack/material storage.  For this particular project, storage racks only were supplied by Applied Handling. Following the completion of the design phase, the customer supplied all other contract services and materials to complete the storage structures, i.e., grading, footings, trusses, roofing, and lighting.  The system was permitted for storage racks in a Zone 2 seismic condition.
