Client Problem: 

Provide absolute maximum density of record storage boxes to support growth of record retention center.

Applied Handling's Solution:

Applied Handling designed, engineered, and installed a high-bay storage system.  Narrow aisle order pickers were selected for loading/unloading of the storage system.  The project encompassed developing long-range plans to maximize storage capacity in the newly acquired facility.  

Utilizing 27 foot high racks, a system was built to facilitate storage and access to tens of thousands of archive boxes.  Close coordination with lighting and sprinkler contractors resulted in an on-time and on-budget project.
